Job Description

Savoir Prive Properties are looking to hire a Listings Administrator in addition to our outstanding team. Minimum 2-years experience in Real Estate is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and update property listings on various real estate websites, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date

Coordinate with the Developers and the marketing team to ensure all listings and media materials are consistent and up-to-date

Respond to inquiries and requests for information from potential clients, providing accurate and timely information

Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and materials for property listings

Create and maintain relationships with third-party listing websites and media outlets

Manage and maintain the properties on the company's social media accounts, including posting regular updates and responding to inquiries

Handling all communications with developers and developer's portals

Staying informed about new developments, industry trends and changes in the real estate market to ensure listings and media materials are relevant and effective

Handling CRM and monitoring and all other Property advertisement portals.

Submit required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit

Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.

Edit property pictures for all local & International portals

REQUIREMENTS: The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:

Expert with all MS Office suite applications

Minimum 2-years experience in Real Estate is a must

Has experience in handling CRM and property portals

Capable of managing multiple tasks

Good English communication skill, smart and presentable

Eager to learn

Well informed of all related online property advertisement (local & international)

Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi)

Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and I, etc.)

Corporate communications

Working within strict deadlines

Organizational skills

Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
