Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Locum Anesthesia Specialist at International Modern Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Locum Anesthesia Specialist will be responsible for providing anesthesia services and care to patients, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative care. They will collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. The Locum Anesthesia Specialist will also be involved in pain management and critical care, as well as teaching and mentoring other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and valid license to practice anesthesia
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Anesthesia Specialist
• Expertise in preoperative assessment, anesthesia administration, and postoperative care
• Knowledge of pain management techniques and critical care medicine
• Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in teaching and mentoring healthcare professionals is a plus
