Job Description
Plan shipments based on product availability .
Track orders to ensure timely delivery checking shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading, certificate of origin
Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
Following up with customs for ACID documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Previous experience in logistics management.
Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management software preferred.
Great interpersonal skills.
