Position Summary
Handle the day-to-day activities of the Stores department.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/business/purchasing or related discipline with certification or coursework in production management.
- Supply chain management, inventory control management, or forecasting highly desirable.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience whereby requisite knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- UAE manual driving license mandatory
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare all paperwork for the export of parts to vendors
- Perform incoming inspection on tools and materials
- Carry the duty phone as per the roster, which will involve sourcing and ordering of AOG parts
- Responsible for all stores related activities in the absence of the Stores Manager
