Position Summary

Handle the day-to-day activities of the Stores department.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/business/purchasing or related discipline with certification or coursework in production management.
  • Supply chain management, inventory control management, or forecasting highly desirable.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience whereby requisite knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • UAE manual driving license mandatory

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare all paperwork for the export of parts to vendors
  • Perform incoming inspection on tools and materials
  • Carry the duty phone as per the roster, which will involve sourcing and ordering of AOG parts
  • Responsible for all stores related activities in the absence of the Stores Manager
