Job Description
Summary of the role
- Responsible for being the main point of contact for assigned clients, and ensuring the optimal (timely, cost-effective) execution of sale contracts, while continually providing high-quality service to all involved stakeholders.
Responsibilities (included But Not Limited)
- UK + NV outbound logistics
- Ensure efficient execution of sale contracts for assigned clients & keep related data up-to-date.
- Work closely with Sales team, Inbound teams and Service providers to ensure high quality customer service & data accuracy as well as anticipate any execution challenges and advise on potential solution.
- Monitor assigned clients position & receivables.
- Check all assigned service providers invoices & approve the costs.
- Check stocks in assigned warehouses on a monthly basis & report accordingly.
Skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint,...) & Power BI are a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Knowledge of ESCC is a plus
- Knowledge of PBI is a plus
Qualifications
- BA or equivalent a focus on Commodity Trading, Logistics or Management is a plus
- Other certifications are a plus
- Experience in an international environment/ global collaboration
- Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
