Job Description:
The Logistics Coordinator will advise and orient the Customer, within the Customer contract's specificities, according to best practices on logistics activities (i.e., the supply of aircrafts parts and services, parts replacements, unserviceable return, warehouse management). The Logistics Coordinator will be part of the Customer Logistics Team on site.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
- Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
- Coordinate with AHA and AH front office to ensure on time deliveries
- Manage logistic flows from the beginning of the shipment from the supplier until the delivery of the items to the Specific location as per the terms of the Contract
- Liaise between the Customer Logistics and operations department
- Provide advice to customer staff on supply aspects
- Investigate and expedite logistics issues that affect fleet availability
- Respond to Customer queries in collaboration with AHA
- Provide periodic status update via reports to the Customer Logistics Manager
- Apply continuous improvement approach to all logistic activities
- Support Customer activities on site
- Perform other duties as assigned
