Fleet Management
- Oversee all vehicles performance and functions
- Advise all vehicles specifications, replacements, repairs etc.
- Daily checking of fleet mechanics
- Maintain all vehicles records - insurance, registrations, fines, maintenance etc.
- Manage maintenance as per the vehicles records
- Checking driver's traffic fines
- Reviewing and Checking invoices of suppliers
Operations
- Responsible for entering transfer bookings and airport service bookings of local market in the system.
- Responsible in encoding drivers program and transportation request for both arrival and departure on a daily basis and sending request, follow up and confirmation from all transport providers.
- Coordinating with transport suppliers regarding guest transportation, amendments & cancellations and coordinating with Experience Advisors for guest requests, checking and confirming with guests flights from the European, CIS markets & Local Markets.
- Ensure adequate communication to Welcome Concierge regarding arrivals, amendments, cancellation, airport services & miscellaneous requests like assisting guests to special taxis
- To monitor drivers program and sending / checking the transfer slip to hotel on daily basis.
- Responding to CS emails regarding complaints pertaining to transportation.
- Attending clients calls and other queries regarding arrival/departure, lost items and complaints
- Prepare welcome packs / paging boards.
- Checking for new or additional booking - arrival/ departure from reservation department.
- Keep a track of supplies which are included in welcome packs.
Requirements:
- With driving license (Required)
- Fleet Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Logistics Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
- DMC/Tourism company in Qatar (Preferred)
