Area of Responsibility:

This is a full-time role for a Logistics Coordinator. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations. This includes coordinating the movement of goods, tracking and managing inventory, overseeing supply chain management, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products. This role is an on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Subordination Structure:

Functional subordination to the Supply Chain Manager of Eanan

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations including shipment planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping and customs documentation in compliance with UAE customs regulations.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
• Provide a daily overview of the status of shipments to the team and management.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipment details, costs, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates and address any logistical concerns.
• Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in inventory management and supply chain management
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of international shipping and In-depth knowledge of UAE customs regulations and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role, minimum 2 years.
