Job Description

Position: Accounts & Commercial Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Permanent (Dubai Office)

The role will include the following responsibilities:

Commercial Part:

  • Execute, coordinate, monitor, and manage L/C related works.
  • Prepare Import/Export documents independently.
  • Prepare Purchase Order, Pro-forma Invoice and Commercial Invoice arrange all supporting
  • papers/documents to enclose with L/C.
  • Submit relevant documents/papers to make amendment in L/C if required.
  • Maintenance of all files related to Commercial Function.

Accounts Part:

  • Independently manage and maintain the whole Account of the organization
  • Cash Management and Disbursement.
  • Prepare and Filing of all vouchers, receipts & payment Statements.
  • Maintain Journal voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger,
  • Maintenance Bank Book, Journal voucher, Bill Register, Party registers related to fianc & Accounts.
