Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Prepare annual budget
Plan daily work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory
Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times
Manage and organize the time of warehouse workers and provide training.
Develop plans for warehouses and merchandise locations.
Optimize the utilization of available space in warehouses.
Manage inventory control using various data storage programs.
Prepare the annual budget and communicate with customers, suppliers, and transportation companies.
Prepare a business plan, assign tasks appropriately, and evaluate results.
Supervise the selection and hiring of competent staff and provide appropriate training and motivation.
Prepare reports and statistics regularly, such as entry and exit reports and reports on available quantities.
Collaborating with the Quality Department and monitoring quality feedback.

Proven working experience as a Warehouses and Distribution Manager in the manufacturing industry.
in using warehouse management software and databases.
