• Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will ensure that our goods move efficiently from the supplier to the customer, manage logistics personnel, and optimize logistics processes.

• Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and coordinate all logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and customer service.

• Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Oversee the shipment and delivery of goods, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery.

• Manage and supervise logistics team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

• Negotiate contracts with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to secure the best rates and services.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies in logistics operations promptly.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

• With automotive experience is a must

5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing a logistics team.

Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
