We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor who will be responsible for day-to-day inventory management related to in-house activities at our Dammam site.
Role Accountabilities
- Complete all required entries of the orders in customer connect system
- Reconcile/match the Customer Connect and JDE Orders
- Maintain updated shipment schedule in Customer Connect
- Accountable to obtain the dispatch /shipment documents from ministry.
- Maintain the Logistics KPIs
- Manage other department/stake holders for the daily dispatch, shipment and SK/SI creation
- Provide the required information of the dispatch/shipment to other stake holders
- Maintain and record monthly reports of dispatch/shipments
- Share shipment schedule with transporter on monthly and weekly basis
- Coordinate with Planning team for the shipment schedule update in Customer Connect
- Responsible to transact/adapt the market needed on time (specially on IRAQ & Emerging Market as those markets are volatile and keep on changes their import requirements)
- Maintain day to day activities /record for all system transactions in e-file
- Responsible to obtain the Bayan/BL from the clearing agent/forwarder to enable on time invoice
You would possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain and/or Logistics related fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Logistics/ Procurement /Warehouse role preferably within FMCG/ Manufacturing industries
- Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Arabic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
