Accountabilities & Key Roles :
- Develop and implement creative growth hacking exercises to drive customer acquisition, increase engagement, and optimize customer retention.
- Lead the effort to identify, negotiate, and establish potential partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, fintech companies and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities within market and potentially in neighboring regions to facilitate business growth and market share expansion.
- Collaborate with the team to approach potential entities, partners, and customers to drive sales and acquisition initiatives effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing insights to shape the business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry players to foster business growth and collaboration.
- Work closely with business and technical entities to plan and implement commercial activities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including (KPIs) and insights for management review.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience:
- +6 years of proven experience in business development, B2B and preferably in the digital banking, financial services industry or tech industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
