Lubemaster is now hiring a new requirement for an experienced Lubricants Sales Engineer for their office located in Cairo, Egypt with the following criteria:
# Job Purpose:
The Sales Engineer will identify new business opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and prepare and deliver presentations to customers and internal stakeholders. The overall goal of the position is to increase sales and profitability for the company by play a critical role in driving revenue growth through developing and maintaining relationships with our key accounts.
# The key responsibilities:
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Plan and implement effective selling strategies to achieve agreed upon sales targets.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Promote products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Responsible for expanding the customer base.
- Develop the sales team performance to achieve their selling targets and maximize the profit.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
# key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field (such as Mechanical or Chemical Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
- (1-2) years of experience in sales engineer.
- Good knowledge of lubrication products and applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong Sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new lubrication technologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Own a car is a must.
