Responsibilities:
- Transform our real estate listings into engaging advertisements on various online platforms, including websites, social media, and listing portals.
Develop persuasive property descriptions that connect with potential buyers, emphasizing each listings unique features and benefits.- Conduct in-depth market research to understand our target audience and customize our advertising strategies for maximum reach and effectiveness.
Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative advertising strategies that differentiate us in the competitive real estate market.
- Monitor the performance of our advertisements closely, making necessary adjustments to ensure they achieve optimal results.
Stay informed about industry trends and updates in advertising platforms to keep our ads current and impactful.- Work closely with our real estate agents to gather all essential information and assets required to create compelling advertisements.
Serve as the friendly and responsive point of contact for inquiries, promptly providing potential buyers with the information they need to make informed decisions.
Qualification:
- While experience in real estate advertising or digital marketing is a plus, we also welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and advance in this field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will represent our listings voice.- Proficiency with various advertising platforms and tools, with an eye for detail in creating visually engaging content.
A good grasp of real estate industry terminology and local market trends will be highly beneficial in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive attitude with a drive for results and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.- Extra credit if you already hold a real estate license, but if not, were ready to support you in acquiring one.
