Role Overview:
As a Sales Advisor specializing in bespoke suits for men, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert advice and exceptional service to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the entire bespoke process from consultation to final fitting ensuring every suit meets the highest standards of style, fit, and quality.
Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Greet and engage clients, conducting thorough consultations to understand their needs, style preferences, and occasion requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Possess in-depth knowledge of fabrics, tailoring techniques, and style trends to advise clients effectively.
Sales & Service: Drive sales by offering personalized solutions, upselling complementary products, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Measurement & Fitting: Take accurate measurements and provide fitting guidance to ensure each garment is perfectly tailored.
Bespoke Process Management: Manage the bespoke order process from initial consultation to final delivery, working closely with tailors and production teams.
Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional luxury experience, ensuring clients feel valued and catered to throughout their journey with us. -
Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining a polished and stylish store environment that reflects our brand identity. - Follow-up & Aftercare: Conduct follow-ups with clients for feedback, alterations, and potential future orders.
Skills & Experience Required: - Previous Sales Experience: Proven experience in a high-end retail environment, preferably within the fashion or menswear industry. - Tailoring Knowledge: Understanding of tailoring, fabrics, and fit is essential. -
Customer Service Excellence: Ability to deliver outstanding service in a luxury retail setting.
Attention to Detail: Precision in taking measurements and understanding bespoke garment requirements.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with a client-centric approach. -
