- Conduct guided tours aboard luxury yachts, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Provide detailed and engaging commentary on Dubai's landmarks, marine environment, and yachting lifestyle.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests throughout the tour.
- Answer guests questions and provide information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with any special requests or needs of guests during the tour.
- Collaborate with the yacht crew to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment on board the yacht.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a tour guide or in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Dubai's landmarks, culture, and marine life.
- Ability to engage and entertain guests with interesting and accurate information.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
