We are looking for an experienced Senior In-House Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to our organization. This role requires a seasoned legal professional who is adept at navigating complex legal landscapes, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to our internal teams and manage various legal challenges that accompany acorporate environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Legal Advisory:

- Serve as the primary legal point of contact for internal departments, offering expert guidance and support on various legal matters.

- Ensure all business practices, policies, and dealings of the company comply with legal requirements.

2. Collaboration and Oversight:

- Collaborate effectively with other in-house counsel to ensure a unified legal approach across all company initiatives.

- Liaise with and manage relationships with external advice to address specialized legal needs or supplementary support.

3. Transactional and Contractual Management:

- Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of complex transactional agreements to align with the company's strategic goals and protect its legal and financial interests.

- Oversee and refine the legal aspects of contracts, ensuring clarity, enforceability, and adherence to the law.

4. Proactive Risk Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.

- Promote legal, compliance, and risk management best practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

- Professional Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of substantive legal experience, ideally within a corporate setting or a related industry.

- Educational Background:

-graduated from law school.

- Skills:

- Strong ability to negotiate, draft, and interpret complex legal documents.

- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex legal issues.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively convey legal advice to non-experts.

- Resilient under pressure and adaptable to evolving business and legal landscapes.
