Job Description
1. Receive request from the production manager and follow up on its implementation.
2. Receive order executive plans from the production manager and follow up on their implementation.
3. Review orders and maps and inform the production manager of any observations or amendments to the smooth progress of manufacturing machines and their compliance with the order.
4. Request parts related to manufacturing orders from the warehouse and ensure that they are received in the required number and quality.
5. Notify the production manager of any missing parts that need to be manufactured outside the factory.
6. Distribute the team s tasks to manufacture orders and follow up on their work.
7. Train workers affiliated with his department regularly.
8. Maintain the equipment belonging to his department.
9. Organize department parts regularly.
10. Control and reduce waste.
11. Manufacture and monitor the machine production and finalize the assembly.
12. Coordinate with other departments to manufacture and assemble the parts related to the machine.
13. Operate the machine and ensure that all components are assembled correctly and that all adjustments have been applied before operation.
14. Fill out the required forms for manufactured or under-manufacturing machines.
15. Transfer the completed machine and order to the quality audit stage.
16. Coordinate the cleaning and packing the finalized machine or part in preparation for delivery to the warehouse.
17. Deliver urgent orders to the warehouse according to their request, obtain the recipient s signature, and deliver the signed order to the production manager.
18. Submit signed orders to the production manager.
19. Prepare a list of the packed goods and the number of packages and their contents in preparation for shipping.
20. Assist the warehouse in loading machines for shipment.
