Machine Operator

JOB PURPOSE:

Deliver the overall work requirements, in the manufacturing or fabrication of A/C parts, as defined in the Planning & Production Schedule.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS: (Minimum attributes for the job holder to be effective in this job in terms of education, qualifications/ certifications, work experiences, specific job skills, computer literacy, language/communication skills, personal competencies, work environment & physical effort)

• Must have a high school level of education
• Having certification in Technical, Vocational, Industrial training.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (as a machine operator) in a manufacturing / light industry environment.
• Basic verbal Communication Skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their use, programming, setup and basic maintenance.
• Ability to understand technical diagrams and manuals.
• Ability to concentrate during repetitive tasks.

Team Player.

Additional requirements for Highly Skilled (HS) level

Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Requires little or no supervision in his work.
