Job location: Cairo, Egypt

Ensure the store and application are ready and update content to ensure smooth operation, updating sections and products.

Handle server issues and ensure that the system is always available and verify the effectiveness of hosting.

Conduct A/B testing to improve store design and user experience.

Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to the purchasing process.

Work with payment, shipping, and inventory management systems to ensure seamless technical integration.

Update software systems and ensure the availability of necessary code.

Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams regarding the tools and technologies used.

Develop and deliver training for employees on new technologies.
