Maintenance and Repair Technician

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance and Repair Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of specialized machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC Metallic Laser Machines and CNC Non-Metallic Laser Machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair Bending Machines, including those used in TIG welding processes.
- Maintain and service Fiber Laser Welding Machines, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Conduct repairs on Lathe Machines and Bench Mill Machines, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Printing Machines and Riveting Machines.
- Service and repair Shearing Machines, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance.
- Maintain PCB Assembly Machines and SMT Machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair Wires Crimping Machines.
- Perform maintenance on Electric Lifters and EV Forklifts, ensuring they are in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Ensure all equipment is compliant with safety standards and company policies.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance and Repair Technician, with expertise in the machinery listed above.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certification or relevant training in mechanical or electrical maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
3000 - 4000 AED salary + Accommodation+ Transportation + Visa + Insurance + Food (Lunch)
Working days:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm ,2 days off in a week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
