We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Engineer with the below responsibilities & qualifications:
- Execution of AMC Contracts efficiently within the budget and ensure profitability of the same.
Resource planning (manpower, material/replacement spares, subcontracted specialized services etc.) for the contracts assigned.- Preparing and submission of monthly, annual reports for the contracts assigned.
Ensure all CRM work orders are tracked, updated and closed on daily basis.
- Carryout daily site inspections to ensure quality of works and adherence to the set standards and provide expert advice to the team.
Generate revenue from repair, replacement, refurbishment / retrofit works and achieve set targets.- Execution of casual jobs efficiently with in the budget and ensure profitability of the same.
Liaise with client on any payment issues and resolve the same.
- Experience in SALES is a plus
- Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical Engineer with Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. UAE Driver's License is a must.
An ability to work well under pressure- Good verbal and written communication skills
