Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a
Maintenance Engineer (MEP) at K4 Technical Services in Dubai.
- As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings.
You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of MEP systems.- Additionally, you will monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades when necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related fieldShould have 2 years of UAE Experience in a Facility Management Company
Prior experience in building maintenance, specifically in MEP systems
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in MEP systems
Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Relevant certifications and licenses in MEP systems and building maintenance are a plus.
