We are looking for a maintenance engineer with experience in aseptic packaging. to support the plant maintenance department in the preventive and corrective maintenance of filling and distribution solutions and equipment by Tetra Pak. The role will deliver preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.
Respond to maintenance calls throughout the factory and repair equipment
Perform troubleshooting independently on equipment and determine failure reasons through proper root cause.
Inform relevant staff in a timely manner about discovered Technical Issues and Participate in the installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade.
Update relevant staff on ongoing service activities and issues affecting the time or quality of
ensuring good working relationships with the team members and cross-functional teams.
Execute all work in accordance with the companys safety regulations and requirements.
Execute all work in accordance with the companys standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety.
comply with all reporting requirements.
Required Qualification
Education: Bachelor's in mechanical engineering.
Work Experience: 5 years Experience in maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
- Proven experience as a Tetra Pak Equipment Engineer or similar role with minimum 5 years hands on experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of at least 3 platforms of below Tetra Pak filling equipment:
- TBA/8
- TBA/19
- TBA/22
- A3 Compact flex
- A3 Flex
- A3 Speed
- Strong knowledge and functional understanding of Tetra Pak distribution equipment including Straw Applicator, Cap Applicator, Multi packers and Cardboard packers.
- Knowledge and skills of automation platforms of GE Fanuc and Allen Bradley
- Proficient in English
