Maintenance manager

Grand Plast is seeking to hire a Maintenance Manager with at least 7 years of experience in the industrial sector, specifically in the plastics industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in industrial maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plastic manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively solve problems.
• Ability to plan and organize routine and emergency maintenance programs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive and emergency maintenance operations to ensure production continuity.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to improve performance and efficiency.
• Manage the maintenance team and provide necessary training to enhance their skills.
• Monitor and evaluate equipment performance and provide regular reports on their condition.
