Maintenance Manager

As the maintenance manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our facilities maintenance operations. you will lead a team of maintenance professionals to execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, minimize downtime, and optimize production processes.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules.

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.

Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and reliability issues.

Manage procurement of spare parts, tools, and supplies for maintenance activities.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to support operational objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.

5-7 years of experience in maintenance management.

Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (cmms).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
