Role Purpose:

Provide technical and maintenance support for ELR and MMI outlets, particularly focusing on coffee machines, fridges, and kitchen equipment maintenance.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Preventive Maintenance: Proactively take measures to prevent equipment breakdowns or failures.
2. Helpdesk Maintenance Support: Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing issues or seeking guidance.
3. Reactive Maintenance: Address unexpected equipment failures or malfunctions promptly to minimize disruptions.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the UAE.
• UAE driving license is required.
• Technically qualified with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
