Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct repairs and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
- Install and dismantle products mold and startup the injection machines.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce the equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

Qualifications
- Work Experience and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance within a plastic manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, holidays and shifts as needed,
- Specific knowledge
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks

- Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work

- Learning agility Learn new tasks/rotate to different cells as needed and able to pick up new task quickly
