Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.

They will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Hair & Makeup Styling:
• Work collaboratively with the on-set production team to achieve daily shot list targets.
• Execute hair and makeup for models with the best quality and productivity standards
• Stay up-to-date with seasonal beauty trends and interpret new beauty directions while respecting Namshi identity and beauty guidelines
• Maintain strict standards of quality control
• Stay up-to-date with the art direction based on shoot concepts
• Remain current with industry tools and techniques, and stay up-to-date with best practices in hair and makeup
• Assist on the creative production side when needed

Skills/Key Competencies

• Fashion background is a must
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines of set targets.
• Ability to guide & work well with models & freelancers.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced

environment.
