Manage and maintain the employer's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, and respond appropriately on behalf of the employer.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records in both digital and physical formats.- Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as grocery shopping, making reservations, and coordinating household services.
Conduct research on various topics as requested by the employer and provide summaries or recommendations.
- Act as a point of contact between the employer and other parties, including clients, colleagues, and service providers.
Provide administrative support as needed, including drafting documents, preparing presentations, and managing expenses.- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information and matters related to the employer's personal and professional life.

Previous experience as a personal assistant or similar role preferred.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate the needs of the employer.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
