Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Mall Manager located in Dubai. The Mall Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mall, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue. They will also collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain tenants and customers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mall management or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
• Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Arabic
