Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Mall Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the mall. This role involves overseeing maintenance, coordinating with vendors and tenants, managing security protocols, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers. The coordinator works closely with the mall management team to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for mall tenants.

Assist tenants with their needs, concerns, and requests.

Facilitate communication between tenants and mall management.

Plan, organize, and execute mall events and promotions to drive foot traffic and sales.

Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and other event participants.

Ensure events are well-promoted and run smoothly.

Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and newsletters.

Monitor the mall's appearance, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld.

Assist with the management of mall amenities and services.

Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and visitors & customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve the shopping experience.

Maintain accurate records of tenant leases, contracts, and correspondence.

Prepare reports on mall activities, events, and occupancy.

Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as required.

Work closely with the mall management team to achieve business objectives.

Collaborate with external partners, such as local businesses and community organizations, to enhance mall activities.

Key Performance Indicators:

Quick response time for maintenance requests

High tenant satisfaction ratings and fast resolution of tenant complaints

Positive event feedback from tenants and customers

Compliance with vendor contracts.

Accurate and complete documentation

High team performance and productivity.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Years of Experience:

2 years or in a similar role

Language:

Spoken and Written professional Arabic and English.
