Management Accountant

Gargash Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team. If you have a strong background in healthcare finance and hold a CMA / CIMA certification, we invite you to apply for this critical role in our organization.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the hospital.

• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Manage cost accounting and financial planning processes.

Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial operations and efficiency.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Minimum [X] years of experience in healthcare finance in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• Knowledge / Technical Skills:

Very Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPointetc.)

• Effective & Efficient Communication Skills

Ability to Work as an Efficient & effective Team Member Ability to Handle Projects

• Personal Abilities / Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of written and spoken English language

Pro-active and able to successfully prioritize competing priorities

• Organized and able to work methodically.
