We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Manager to join our client's thriving HR Transformation practice.
In this pivotal role, you'll play a key leadership role in client engagements, spearheading the design and implementation of comprehensive HR transformation strategies.
You'll partner with senior executives to identify critical talent and organizational challenges, then craft bespoke solutions that align with their long-term business goals.
You'll be a Champion for HR Transformation:
- Strategic Visionary: Collaborate with clients to develop a clear vision for HR transformation, translating business objectives into actionable HR strategies.
- Deep HR Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of HR best practices across the full spectrum of HR functions (talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc.).
- Change Management Guru: Lead the development and execution of change management plans, ensuring successful adoption of new HR processes and technologies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to assess current HR effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and measure the success of implemented solutions.
- Client Relationship Champion: Build and manage strong relationships with senior HR and business leaders, fostering trust and open communication throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of HR transformation consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Industry Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of current HR trends and challenges within your specific industry focus area (e.g., Financial Services, Technology, etc.).
- Communication & Presentation Mastery: Deliver compelling presentations and effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences at all levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR transformation consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful engagements for Big 4 companies.
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, organizational development, change management methodologies, and data analytics as applied to HR.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR transformation initiatives across various HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing consulting team.
