Project Overview And Role
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, Consultant develops relationships with client team members. Depending on allocations and the client needs, Consultant may be managing others on a project. They are expected to manage themselves time allocation, learning new things, maintaining project timelines and budget for areas that they control.
The Primary Responsibilities Of The Consultant Are To
- Understand client or external data and present analysis to project team
- Support senior members in clearly articulating client needs.
- Participate in designing solutions for solving client issues
- Conduct independent data gathering activities
- Design qualitative and quantitative research tools
- Analyse market and client data sets to create insight
- Craft day-to-day client team communication
- Draft client deliverables, presentation and proposal materials
- Reporting requirements
The role reports to the Manager or above. Reporting requirements include:
- Attendance of all team meetings
- Participate in regular project status updates with the project manager on client engagements
- Regular updates with line manager

- Timely submission of assigned reports/deliverables
- Semi-Annual updates on the status of Key Result Areas, as well as any other important areas of concern
- Relationships
Key relationships will be both with their manager, project managers as well as the wider Consulting team
When working on a particular client project, there will be a designated project manager who the consultant will be required to liaise closely with throughout the duration of the project
The role carries a degree of autonomy with appropriate consultation. The role is required to:
- Analyse and make sound recommendations to the line manager
- Contribute to process improvement through innovative and cost-effective proposals/ideas/suggestions
- Work autonomously to identify key issues in the clients internal and external environment and apply relevant Palladium knowledge and practises to identify and develop analysis and recommendations/deliverables
- Identify opportunities to provide constructive feedback with the objective of contributing to the personal and professional development of both self and team members
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education and experience required
- Bachelors degree from a leading institution
- Relevant consulting experience
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good written and verbal business communications skills
- Familiarity with the Kaplan/Norton framework and/or other performance management methodology is highly desirable
- Key Skills required
- Outstanding facilitation skills, memorable in-person presentation abilities
- Results driven, persistent, flexible, and persuasive
- Self-starter/pro-active, strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to travel on a weekly basis
- Demonstrate ability to design a good PowerPoint slide as well as an entire presentation
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic
