Management Consulting Manager - Tech

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and clean data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring high data integrity and readiness for analysis.
• Implement best practices to guarantee data quality, focusing on reliability and accessibility to meet client requirements.
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models, classify datasets, and identify key business trends.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to generate actionable insights that support business recommendations and inform strategic planning.
• Establish and manage robust data connections among diverse data sources, including databases, APIs, ERP systems, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure seamless data flow across platforms for integrated data analysis and accessible, real-time insights.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., using Tableau, and Power BI) to present insights and recommendations.
• Communicate complex data trends and business implications effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and business analysts to align data-driven solutions with business strategies and client goals.
• Serve as a strategic partner, providing input to enhance team capabilities and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in data science, analytics, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and training sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and programming languages like Python and R.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with ERP systems to facilitate integrated data analysis and streamlined data management.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Strong team collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects.
