The candidate will have the responsibility of coordinating, preparing, implementing, maintaining, and developing a management system plan and procedures in accordance with all applicable ISO standards subscribed to by the company.
The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, as well as maintaining process documents.
- Duties/Core Responsibilities
- Defines and develops procedures, plans, and assessments for ISO management systems
- Performs internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the company's ISO management systems
- Meets with process owners to evaluate existing processes and workflows, and assists in documenting process development
- Assists process owners in updating procedure documents
- Coordinates the review and approval of new or updated procedures
- Deploys new or updated procedures to relevant stakeholders
- Compiles reports to document process status and changes
- Communicates process findings and proposals to upper management, as necessary
- Implements the company's document control system and reports its performance for review and improvement purposes
- Serves as a QMS help desk to assist departments in interpreting and implementing processes and procedures
Requirements
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, focusing on Industrial/Electrical/Electronics. Additional coursework in management and problem-solving techniques is advantageous. Candidates with a strong foundation in these areas will be highly regarded.
Experience with ISO standards and Internal Quality Auditing is desirable. Familiarity with other quality management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be considered a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in QA or any ISO management system within certified firms, including practical involvement in internal auditing and documentation. Candidates with a proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 certification will be given preference.

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements and experience in implementing quality management systems

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). Experience with quality management software is a plus
