Manager, Asian Real Estate Investments, Middle Eastern SWF

Our client, a top 10 global SWF, is looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to join the Asian investment team in Doha. The role's objective will be to source, analyse and recommend attractive investment opportunities in the Asian market, and establish new strategic partnerships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10 - 15 years experience, at least some of which within Real Estate investment management / execution
• The ideal candidate would come from a leading Real Estate Investment Fund or Real Estate Investment Company. Experience in an Investment Bank or Real Estate Advisory firm also considered
• Candidates must have strong exposure to APAC region
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (proficient Excel user essential)
• High quality education, graduated from a leading university (Bachelor's degree at a minimum)
