Job Purpose:
This role requires high-level skills and deep understanding of graphic design and branding to create compelling visual concepts across various media. This role involves designing for both digital and print formats, including brand applications, marketing collaterals, and packaging. Maintain a strong aesthetic sense combining brand standards, typography, color theory, and graphic elements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative visual concepts that align with brand standards and objectives. This includes designing posters, packaging, logos, and other brand materials.
- Select colors, images, typography and design layout for communication materials and collaterals, including logos, signs, books, magazine covers, reports, advertisements, packaging, and social media posts.
- Work on multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring consistent application of brand identity across different assets and formats and align with RSG sustainability standards.
- Monitoring industry trends to stay up to date on the latest design techniques and styles.
- Work on F&B branding concepts and designs for collaterals.
- Produce drafts for client review and make revisions based on feedback received from stakeholders.
Skills:
- Time management and well-organized
- Being up to date with the creative trends, must show clear understanding of the luxury market and high-quality brands
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) + Power Point Presentation skills
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in visual communication, graphic design or another branding and design subject.
- +6 years of experience in the creative/branding field.
- Worked with startups businesses and creative agencies
- Have local and global creative insights
