JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for analyzing product and customer Insights, behaviors & performance, generating standard and ad-hoc reports, developing advanced data prediction models, and driving the business intelligence agenda, thus supporting business decisions. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for supervising a high-performing team.

Responsible for Commercial CBE reporting

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

-Product and Customer Insights & Performance Analysis:

Conduct analysis of product and customer performance.

Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings clearly to both staff and senior management.

-Reporting:

Implement and maintain standard reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support various business functions.

-CBE Reporting:

Manage commercial CBE reporting activities

Team Leadership:

Supervise a team of specialists, providing coaching and feedback to foster professional growth.

Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure high-quality.

-Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital, Marketing, and Finance, to integrate data & develop insights into decision-making processes.

Collaborate with the Commercial Team, offering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

-Decision Support:

Contribute to organization-wide decision-making by providing insights based on robust data analysis.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience primarily in advanced business analytics, reporting & insights, predictive modeling, and business intelligence within consumer services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with the financial industry and banking industry is a must.
  • Experience in working with CBE reporting for banks
