Job Description

Our client is a dynamic conglomerate at the intersection of industrialization, innovation, and sustainability. They are rooted in Africa with a global vision, serving as the parent company to a diverse portfolio of subsidiaries, including leaders in renewable energy, agribusiness, healthcare, and technology. The aim is to bring solutions to the problems hampering African development. To do so it will invest and drive, alone or with co-investors, in assets supporting the continents industrialization and economic development, while keeping a strong commitment to environmental and social sustainability.

They are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join their team as the Manager of Corporate Finance reporting directly to the Group CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our group consolidation, FP&A, Finance shared services, and other financial corporate matters such as tax. This role requires a candidate with extensive global exposure and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the group consolidation process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all entities and geographies.
  • Oversee the FP&A function, providing strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage Finance shared services to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Handle various financial corporate matters including tax planning and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

Education & Skills:


  • Must have extensive experience with multiple entities and geographies.
  • Global exposure is essential, with a proven track record of global consolidation and FP&A.
  • Experience with global tax, business finance, treasury, and Africa exposure.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Exceptional finance technical knowledge and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving results and making things happen from scratch.
