You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Lead categories/channels trade marketing calendar development inline with the strategic growth opportunities.
  • Ensure strong and successful trade programs that wins with customers and shoppers from design perspective & execution.
  • Thorough tracking of KPIs and performance (IMS/perfect store/right store/sellout)
  • Lead category/customer development initiatives and identify growth and share gain opportunities.
  • Cross functional collaboration to align plans and timely activation.
  • Cyclical budget control and spend process adherence.
  • Lead Monthly ARM meeting, monthly customer drumbeat meeting and monthly MBR updates.
  • Input into the forecast cycle and the sizing new product development launch.
  • Track competitive environment and competitive launches & Activations.
  • Embrace RGM framework & principles and drive the agenda.
  • Develop strong skill set for the direct team members and coach for capability growth.

More About This Role

What you need to know about this position:

  • Hands on trade marketing/category planning experience and sales experience is a plus
  • Strong technical mastery in designing successful trade programs and category development
  • Meticulous analytical skills with capability to convert data into insight and actionable findings
  • Effective communication and presentation skills


Education / Certifications:

  • University degree


Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum 9 to 11 years of experience in top FMCG business.


No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
