Overview
The Digital Manager at G42 is responsible for the development, management and execution of the companys Digital Strategy as he/she manages both internal and external stakeholders interactions with the companys content, across the entire spectrum of owned digital assets such as websites, social media channels, intranet portals, career portals, event digital activations etc. His/her duties include promoting the companys brand, culture, products and services to the right audiences and in the right formats; analyzing funnel data and identifying trends in the industry; planning and monitoring digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and advocacy, creating and developing active communities of engaged brand believers and brand advocates.
The Digital Manager will also be advising businesses within the G42 ecosystem on best practices to promote the companys brands, products and services in the digital domain. The resource will report into the Senior Director of Branding and Brand Experience and will work within the in-house Group Marketing and Communications team, as well as liaising and managing the companys agency partners, to elevate the G42s digital experience across all its touchpoints.
The candidate should have a track record of proven excellence and innovation in digital platforms, digital campaigns, digital experiences, websites and intranets, content creation, social media management and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, update and manage G42s digital strategy and executions for: 1) social media 2) digital campaigns 3) digital footprint (websites, intranets) 4) digital-based activations and experiences.
- Content strategy, deployed with a genuine passion for creativity and storytelling.
- Define and achieve KPIs for social media and other digital touchpoints, including website, intranet and other existing or to-be-launched platforms.
- Monitor the companys analytics, digital footprint, brand reputation and user sentiment.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns, strategize and implement the necessary changes to outperform previous campaigns.
- Stakeholder management and influencing across functions, business units, partners and suppliers.
- Collaborate with other corporate functions and business units to plan the development of content that supports the realization of the companys strategic goals.
- Manage project staff, agency partners, timelines, and budgets.
- Engage with top industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network of partners to be leveraged whenever required.
Key Skills
- Proven proficiency with existing and emerging AI platforms and tools.
- Proven proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge and management of social media (esp. Instagram and Facebook), YouTube and other platforms, including campaign management and reporting tools.
- Excellent knowledge of advertising formats across platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and other performance measurement tools.
- Good understanding of digital best practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC
- Good understanding of CMS logics and functioning
- Good familiarity with UX/UI best practices

Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in advertising, digital media, digital marketing, social media.
- BA in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field.
- Track record on developing and implementing strategically and creatively excellent Digital and Social Media campaigns, that have led to business results, growth of reputation, brand sentiment and industry awards.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapting to changes and thriving in ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is good to have, but not required.
