As a Manager - Digital Strategist, you will lead digital and creative teams in generating innovative ideas and concepts. Your role will involve developing and implementing digital techniques to effectively reach target audiences while evaluating industry trends to inform strategic planning. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities and services to enhance client revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Management:
- Design and lead the digital transformation initiatives for clients, including:
- Analyzing the specific challenges presented.
- Benchmarking and testing existing relevant solutions.
- Selecting the most appropriate solution for implementation.
- Leading change management efforts and maintaining effective communication with involved teams.
- Leverage extensive expertise in key digital principles, including customer-centric design, prototyping, and agile delivery in complex environments.
- Manage and cultivate team identity and culture, establishing standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers, including digital agencies and software vendors.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, encompassing technology delivery and change management necessary for improving, implementing, and embedding digital systems, IT infrastructures, and processes.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of client-facing experience in a strategy consulting firm (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
- 5+ years of experience in thought leadership for multi-channel approaches, including both physical and connected environments.
- 3+ years of experience in growth strategy focused on areas such as market penetration, product expansion, or diversity strategy.
- 3+ years of experience leading multiple cross-disciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
