Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plan, objectives, milestones, scope of work and budget for government infrastructure projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Abu Dhabi Maritime and the integrated transport center.
- Manage project performance and analyze data including progress, quality, cost and compliance.
- Assess potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline project workflows, and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Oversee issues among stakeholders, analyze bottlenecks, and effectively address concerns ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitors, informing strategic decision-making.
- Enforce infrastructure project compliance with regulatory requirements, government policies and strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and local communities to ensure effective project coordination and plan.
- Prepare and present regular reports reflecting project status, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
People Management Responsibilites:
- Provide guidance to Project Owners in effectively managing projects while monitoring performance.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution among team members or stakeholders to maintain a collaborative work environment.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the overall strategic goals and objectives related to maritime projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Civil engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
- PMP is highly desired.
