Job Description
To execute and deliver Bupa Arabia's hospital Operation excellence and patient CX agenda to drive Bupa major initiatives activity within the hospital by engaging in all providers operations functions, supporting healthcare partner projects and initiatives in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Monitoring as well of all Preauthorization and Claims protocols and metrics should be considered always and directed toward CXE, cost control and ensure provider compliance
Patient Experience Operation Design and Safety Assurance
- Design and implement a consistent process with cross functional stakeholders including the providers at each of touching point affecting customer experience
- Tracking the implementation of main projects with monitor and measure the effectiveness of the outcomes, making adjustments and enhacemnt as necessary to ensure the best possible customer experience and cost control.
Quality decision
- Ensure high quality of project handling regarding process, and aligment with the medical and operation team within PA & Claims.
- Ensure high level of communication with internally and externally delivering best operational mutual agreements
Contrinious Improvement and Operation Transformation
- Securing that our initiaives has a competitive edge and share the market insights to cope with the fast-paced insurance field.
- Ensure achiving our daily KPIs in term of productivity
Healthcare Provider Relationship Management
- Process improvement initiatives to achieve excellence for the current projects assigned
Capability Building & People Management
- Provide regular feedback, coaching and development.
- Motivate, encourage collaboration between internal and external stakeholders

- Ensure applying terms and conditions of Bupa Policy.
