· Lead Generation & Investor Acquisition -Identify potential investors for various opportunities & grow base of investors with new investor acquisition through network, referrals and other sources
· Conversions and Revenue Generation - Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate. Develop and manage a sales pipeline, tracking progress and adjusting
· Market Research & Analysis- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Analyze competitors and industry developments to stay informed about the business landscape
· Investor Communications-Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors. Respond to inquiries from investors, prepare and release various investor communications, including periodicals, newsletter and new opportunity communications. Assist in organizing and conducting investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences in different geographies
· Regulatory Compliance-· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and other legal requirements related to investor communications. Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and communications.
· Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred
·2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, investor relations, customer service, relationship management, or related field.
· Strong sales and business development skills.
· Strong analytical, negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Relationship management and strong networking skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
