Job Description

About Jeeny:

Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all.

We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

Responsibilities:*

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, VCs, PE firms and industry leaders.
  • Valuation: Conduct valuation analysis including but not limited to discounted cash flow analysis, relative valuations, sum-of-the-parts, comparable comps, transaction multiple, LBO, M&A analysis
  • Performing in-depth investment analysis: assisting with investment evaluation including review of company financials, business plans, and transaction documents, and performing analysis on company projections and market analysis
  • Growth strategy: Use knowledge of market trends to advise the leadership on pursuing high-RoI growth opportunities while also optimizing Business As Usual
  • Due Diligence: Conduct buy & sell-side due diligence for Jeeny
  • Prepare memoranda and documents: Create memos, models & decks for stakeholders. Writing documents and responses during fundraising activities
  • Assist the CFO: discrete pieces of work to help Jeeny succeed, such as assisting with future capital raises or strategic projects. Take investor pitch meetings with cofounders, & evaluate investment

Requirements


  • Proven track record of significant Capital Raising
  • Master's degree in a related field or CFA with equivalent work experience of 5-7 years preferably in a VC/Investment Bank/Consultancy
  • Very strong capabilities on Excel (Sheets) & PowerPoint (Slides
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changing requirements in a data driven, fast-paced, tech based organization
