Manager, IT Operations

Job Description :

• Maintaining high levels of IT infrastructure systems uptime and availability, ensuring that critical
• business systems and the IT infrastructure are functioning properly and meeting the needs of the organization.
• Ensuring the daily IT operations are efficient and cost-effective, and that resources are being used effectively to support business objectives.
• Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to IT operations and Data Security.
• Ensuring business continuity through disaster recovery plans, and minimizing downtime and data loss
• Managing the backup process to ensure critical data is regularly backed up and can be quickly recovered in case of a failure.
• Overseeing the help desk function to provide end users with the necessary technology resources to perform their jobs effectively.
• Managing service level agreements and ensuring that support requests are handled in a timely and effective manner.
• Carry out the procurement activities for hardware, software, and other technology resources within the allocated budget, ensuring all purchases align with the organization's technology strategy and meet end-user needs, negotiating contracts and ensuring technology resources are delivered and implemented effectively.
• Providing guidance and leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. And ensuring that the IT operation team is working closely with end users to identify and address issues, provide training, and support.

• Have a strong technical background with Microsoft 365 Platform, including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office.
• Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server and Active Directory
• Powershell scripting.
• VmWare, Azure and AWS Server Virtualization
• Project management
• Having excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
• Ability to handle changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and use good judgment in stressful situations.
